I need custom flanges, where can I get them?

OK as most of you know I'm using skyline GTR turbos on my car. But they use a non standard nissan 5 bolt wastegate flange and I can't find flanges anywhere to make my downpipes with. A guy in new zealand offered me stock gtr turbo elbows that I could use, but he wants 60 plus shipping and shipping on heavy cast parts from new zealand is astronimical. I tried to see if anyone here could help me find some information on locating some skyline flanges, but within a few minutes of posting the thread was moved to the skyline forum, where it was promptly ignored. So apparently I'm going to have to have a set custom made... does anyone know where I could have this done? I could start at the local machine shops, but I just wanted to know if anyone had done this before.

what i was going to do was get some used aftermarket downpipes, have the rear pipe cut up and rewelded to clear the steering shaft. then have a apexi gt front pipe cut up and rewelded to match the rear turbo.

but the HKS turbos are twice the price of the standard garrett gt25's that i can get [same flow rating, power rating] so now im rethinking weither i should just get those and have my whole exhaust system fabbed [im not to good with a welder] or if i should just go big single turbo, and eliminate the headache of having two downpipes, the front pipe, exhaust, and ic piping to a front mount.

what i would say is get some thick plate steel, and use a gasket as a template to make your own or have a machine shop make them.

the non standard nissan exhaust housing pattern and compressor outlet is starting to make me rethink my setup options.

Should be able to send in a paper gasket to a machine shop and have one fabbed up pretty cheap.

I'll attach some pics of what it looks like if you guys have any suggestions..ok I can't attach them, they are too big, go to http://www.sounddomain.com/id/andrave and go the 6th page, if anyone wants to try and take a look.

i made my wastegate, and downpipe flanges. i just made a drawing and traced it onto 1/4'' steel and cut it out w/ a torch. then after a lot of grinding and smooting, it was perfect.
