Are you kidding me? Knockoff coilovers cost too much? My advice is save your money to buy something worthwhile or not do it at all.

never said knockoff coilovers cost too much...are you reffering to D2 Racing coilovers? cuz if you are their over a Grand...and i personally think thats too much to lower my car 2 or 3 inches

Just cut your stock springs much shorter.Essentially FREE, and will lower your car all sick.

Yes, I am referring to D2 coilovers. Yes, MSRP is over a grand; don't ever pay MSRP. You can buy them for just over 800 new, which is extremely cheap, and you get what you pay for.

The fact that most people prefer Megan coilovers (I wouldn't even touch Megan with a 10 foot pole) over D2 kind of gives you an idea of them being knockoffs.

I thought even Stance GR+ didn't show noticeable improvements over cheaper sets.

These threads get old.

Get PBM. End of story.

If you can afford 700 dollar coilovers you can afford 1,000. Quit eating out for a week or something.

$1500 is not a lot of money considering the research, design, and fabrication needed to produce a coilover. Godspeeds are POS, along with K-Sport, Megan, etc. These are not just designed to give your car that "slammed" look, but are designed to make your car handle better all around. If you cheap out on important parts for your car, you might as well not buy them at all.

REAL coilovers ie. Aragosta, Ohlin, Tanabe, Zeal run anywhere from 2k to 4k or more.

x2. kts have steel shock bodies designed for street use, nice big deep threads that wont get messed over time from adjusting them like the fine thread ones cheaper coilovers have, good spring rates for street/track use, and the shocks are 15 way adjustable!

Im doing an experiment to see how long the K-sport's on my S14 can last. I can't kill the things. The K-sport's do feel like crap compared to the Racing Gear N1's on my FD. I can say the K-sport's feel like the same crap as when I bought them. I have been daily driving on the k-sports for a year and some months now. I dont know if the k-sport's know Im trying to kill them, so there holding out to try and prove me wrong or what. I wanted to see if I could kill the k-sport's in less than a year, so I could keep getting a free set every year. I think you should buy what you want, because you will anyway.
