NICO members UNITE!! to help me,ive been searching all over and i cant findany input on tuning systems.

i want my s14 SR to think and respond faster, but i cant find any input.

i would like input for ROM tunes from JWT or something, and i would appreciate it if all the input be from first hand experiences. also as far as mods, just bolt ons and a fmi; a dd basically.

thx all

When I bought my front clip. The motor was a mild stock setup. Simple 550cc injectors / OS Giken clutch&flywheel / Rom Tune by Field.

Overal compared to the other cars I ever been in thats SR-ed. Car drove a lot smoother...and killed more gas lol.Best bang for a buck mod, but will end up costing you more for a relatively stock setup.

Invest more into a better driveline / suspension setup. As that will make the car feel way more different then any motor mod would, and also be the best bet for DD'n

Did a lot of research on JWT when I was deciding what route I wanted to go with my build. A guy that's stationed at the same base as me that I talked to regularly at the hobby shop is running a JWT tune. His car ran great. Another guy on here just put down 400whp on a JWT tune using a GT2871R .64 AR. I'm definitely set on using a JWT tune for my 3071R build.

its the nature of turbo y0...youz gots to wait on the powa...

put a different ring and pinion in it, lightweight flywheel and a one peice dirveshaft...thatll at least make it feel like its picking up faster

less driveline weight is a win

my aim is to keep the car just on bolt ons a fmi. military and college life keep me strapped. the car already has 8lb fidanza fly, and aluminum driveshaft.

goals: 250bhp and 220+ ft/lbs. very achievable and i am an avocate of brains over brawn so good fuel maps and my ksport suspension should keep 'er peppy.

maybe long range t28 upgrade or ar.68

thanks for the input Family

an s15 T28 and S15 injectors, Z32 MAF and a tune will yeild you way more than that...My car made 251 whp on the T25, FMIC, inj, FMIC, bov etc...bolt ons

you wont have to do much....

and by "think and respond faster" you mean more power
