i need an sr!!!!

i need an sr20det clip (or everything that would come in a clip without half the body) for $1000 and no more than $300 shipping. I need this engine bad. i would get another KA but it lacks the power i need and the one in my car currently is dying of old age, it has almost 300k on it. the SR has to have 80K or less and ready to drop in. please help me.

Not going to find one running for that price. You can get KA all day long with low mileage.I can make a call right now and get one with under 100k for about 700-800.There is a couple Ka's for sale they are wanting like $500 and they got about 130kish miles.What wrong with the KA?Smoking? What year is it?

well you could get a longblock for that but not a full clip. dont be cheap no one is going to bend over backwards to help you.

you can get them for about 1500 and sometimes you get lucky.But most of the time you are screwed either engine is bad or it is midding the big $$$ components. like ecu harness igniotr chip etc.Heavythrottle,phase II and Truboost are good sources to buy from.

i found a full clip ready to drop in for 1400 with 200 shipping. im looking to do better than that. i usually can find anything for half the price or less than average, but the sr is posing a challenge.

wut i really want to do is take my ka out drop one with lower miles in and turbocharge it. while im runnin the new ka do engine work on the other ka and make it run like no other. the reason i want an sr is because the turbo and turbo kit for a ka would run me bout 4 grand that i don't have. any ideas? i have 2500.

my ka isn't doing anything bad, its just dying, its been ran hard for 300k(today it turned) and i can feel it losing overall power. im keeping it and rebuilding it though.

i was more like asking him if he knew what the going rate was cause what he wanted to buy the sr for is quite low, but i could see why you thought i said something else! sorry for complications ^^
