Hey there, I'm putting the major components together for my turbo kit, and I was planning on buying an extra 240sx oil pan to begin arranging the oil bungs and lines necessary for my kit. I have a problem though, as I have no idea how to plumb the oil system to my turbo. If you need to see a picture of the turbo click the link below:

I will be using another factory oil pan, but if somebody could thoroughly explain the plumbing, show me some pictures of theirs, or something, it would really help me a bunch. Thanks again guys.

I haven't gone turbo yet or goin to give to a diagram. You can look around at nsport.com thay have some pics. But all you do is t off the oil sending unit and go to your turbo. Then get a fitting on your pan and dran it down into there.

http://www.cheapturbolines.com/ go here and buy your lines. Best deal in town. Have your oil return bung welded 3in back 1in down on the spare pan on the driver's side. You will need to tee into the oil pressure sensor under the oil filter. you can't miss it.

Do your self a a couple of favors. #1 buy an fsm and some tools, #2 get familiar with the search function. Just because this isn't FA doesn't mean you don't have to search for stuff on occassion

Here is a pic of the bung I used. I am using custom steel lines and aluminum fittings. This set up will not leak and give years of worry free use.

Looks just like the fittings I used... haven't had any issues for more than a year...
