I own a 95 S14 and for some reason the chamber on the back driver side is wrong. The top of the tire is set in. Can anyone explain wh.

By "chamber," I assume you mean camber? Pull off the wheel and check if anything is bent. If something is bent hope its just an arm and not the subframe. Best scenario is that you need an alignment.

Also I think there is some special washer that can get messed up and will show these same symptoms.

well the car is all stock. And its never been wrecked so I dont belive the sub frame is cause. The washer u spoke of where is it located.

The eccentric washer is located on the subframe side of the upper control arm (RUCA). Here's a link to PDM, it's the 6th item from the bottom. http://www.pdm-racing.com/products/suspension.html
