intake, DP, TP, CBE, FMIC, FP, BOV, turbo timer, boost controller, injectors, some sort of engine management(eprom is usually choice), upgraded turbo......
I would probably do it in that order, but I would add gauges to the front of the list, as knowing when things go wrong is more important than making it stupid fast. As you probably want it to last and be stupid fast.
