You are an idiot OBD1 harnesses are for OBD1... OBD2 harnesses are for OBD 2.1995 production and above are OBD2.

I did check my sources I said PRODUCTION year. A 95 model built in 1994 was OBD1.

Yup I know i have to chane some plugs etc. I've already done a 98 to use the 95 ecu form Jim Wolf. It's not hard - I just wanted to keep the work to a minimum.

I'm just getting a s13 ECU and harness since they're much easier to come by - wiring that in I guess, I can't wait too long - have an event the 16th. it's goign in a full race spec car anyway, I'll be custom routing a lot too.

BigV - no reason for pissing matches, I know what I need man so just chill, I don't need any input from you unless you had a full engine harness.

Actually I do have a harness but it is for OBD1 so it would just be nice if you know for sure that it is for an OBD1....

If you know me personally I'm just an instigating sh$t disturber. I would think that people would think that the internet chat was a little more comical and a little less so serious...

FFS dude, you really are a piece of work. GTFO. NOTHING YOU SAID WAS ANYWHERE NEAR COMICAL. Your just being an @sshole.

By the way, the s14 95 OBD1 harness works with an OBD2 ECU.

I know this may not work, but I have a dreaded obd2 and want to know if I could use the 95 ecu and harness to maybe get by? I'm trying to be slick and pass emissions, but the vin tells everything so it may not be worth it. My hair brained theory was run 95 ecu to trick computer and everybody so that I can do the regular idle test for emissions, in stead of the obd2 consult test. I really wanna turbo this car, but may have to sell and get the earlier 95
