I need a new intake

Well i ran my car at import wars and i got a 15.1 with a full tank of gas and 200 lb of tools and other junk in the trunk . i ran the car a total of 9 times befor leaving. but after i ran my 3rd run(15.1) the times got slower. then when i poped the hood i put my hand on my short ram and it burn the hell out of me . i need a new intake. Im planing on making one myself and still using the stillen filter. has anyone done that befor if so can you show so pic. heres the slip

all right. keep the mid pipe with the place for the hoses and make one like this

^^ that's a nice setup. to drop the temp a bit on the piping which soaks like stupid wrap it up in hvac tape.
