i've just started on my new ka-t project. i purchased a sohc just the other day and tore it down and am in the process of rebuildin it now. i need to find a turbo manifold but the only ones i can seem to find are expensive *** jgs ones, any one have any advice or know where i can get one?

If you think JGS is expensive...perhaps you need to rethink adding a turbo to your 240 man...

Ebayyy!!!....cheap and unreliable, anything cheaper than jgs is going to work but wont last.

As iv found through first hand experience with ebay kits, they will in the end costing you more money than if you were just to buy quality parts from the start.

If you dont want to pay, dont play. There are ways to do a build cheaply, just look around for the information on this forum.

As to your original question, the cheapest/best option for you would be to go with the ebay T2 bottom mount manifold for the Ka. Heard nothing but good things about it, and its like 100-150 bucks.

Yea I will be buying and ebay manifold, and using a downpipe with a flex section to reduce stress. Also I would suggest sloting between the head bolts for thermal expansion. I saw someone even weld some support bars on it... but I think with a flex pipe and the slots it should hold up good.
