I need a little hosting

I want to learn PHP, but it requieres a server that I can run scripts on. I have tried installing Apache with PHP onto this computer but It does not work out to well. Anyway, I'd like to have a remote server I could access anywhere

Anyone willing to share an account and a little bandwidth? This is non-commercial, and almost no one will see these pages except me.
