I need 240sx / pick up engine advice

I have a spare 240 engine ( ka24e ) , and am thinking about buying a 90-93 nissan truck with a blown engine and putting my 240 engine in it. My question is..... Will the ecm from the truck run the 240 engine? From what I understand the only difference between the two is that the truck engine has higher compression. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks Jerred
