I must have pushed a button or series of buttons on my remote because it suddenly doesn’t work. The batteries are good but will not unlock or lock the doors. The car will start but I was holding the key fob in my hands after unlocking the car and suddenly couldn’t lock it back. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Do you have another remote that you can confirm it's actually the subject remote (not for example the central electronics)?
May just need to re-program the remote that stopped working. I'm not sure of the sequence for the 3rd gen, but I'm sure it's out there, and likely a series of key in/key out, manually flip the driver's lock from inside, etc.

Yes I confirmed neither remote works now. Both previously did. That’s why I think it’s something I pressed in some sequence that I’m not aware. I do recall being able to hold down a particular button or buttons to make the horn sound or not sound but wasn’t aware you could turn of the remote control somehow.

OK, we're getting somewhere....
If neither remote works then it is likely the receiver module. I had this happen on one of the G50s.
