Doesn't help I blew the seal on the transmission pan again. Almost two years to the date. Same conditions: Steep hill, mid 90's temps outside, trying to maintain freeway speed.

Of course, it dumped some crap and messed up the bottom. But now appears to not be leaking anymore. Unbelievable.

You should be able to tell if they did it by looking that that left rear wheel well. You'll see some shiny new metal covering the filler tube above the top of the tire.

they claim that in CA, they only are required to inspect, and not replace. However, upon inspection of the rear wheel well, it doesnt even look like any of the plastic panels were removed. The little plastic bolts are all still covered in mud and dirt from offroading. Sorry im not trying to jack snowsurfs thread.

Fairly decent price. Used my AAA buying program so didn't have to haggle.

Would've preferred one w/ the technology pkg, but wasn't a deal killer. Funny, as desperate as some dealers are to sell cars, used M's are flying off the lots. Almost didn't end up with this one! We snatched it out of a deal that didn't go through.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that now wifey has nice new car I can start putting money into mine! Hello POP charger, CAI, shocks, etc!

How much do those pop chargers run over in El Cajon? Jim Wolf is over there??? I had no idea...that's like 5 minutes from my house on the 8. Nuts....might have to look into that.
