Well I moved about a month ago, been really busy with Thanksgiving & Christmas ect so haven't had a time to post updated pics. Not much new with the car, however I painted the strut tower/c pillar bars.

Thanks for the comments guys, I do plan on going back to stock black interior trim but that's going to cost like $500 so that's on the back burner right now.

Yea, I'm still down in SD Adrian. I wanted to head down to the Mission Beach meet the Altima guys were hooking up but I already had previous plans with the family. I'm hoping to come to a meet soon. All the dope ones are like 2 hour drives for me but hopefully I will get some free time in my schedule soon. Moving and double paying on bills has really got me stretched thin. The most recent additionsto the car was a new RPS clutch (clutch/pressure plate/throwout bearing/pilot bushing & new flywheel), ES steering rack bushings, front/rear main seals, belts and new B&M shifter back in like August.

I really really really want to go S14 SR but I'm having a hard time seperating from a ballpark figure of about $4000 for an entire turn key setup. The KA is still running great with 204K on it. Soon....Soon.

Man, screw the SR for your car. If I were you, I'd either pull and completely rebuild your motor for boost or buy another KA24DE, throw it on a stand and build that one for boost. After having an SR, I wish I had gone KA-DE. I know it's argued about all of the time, but I think it would just work for your car. You already have all the cooling stuff you could ever need!

Trust me, it doesn't look so hot in person. It was a half @ss job, plus most of the pieces have broken tabs ect.

I wouldn't mind going KA-T but the price is going to be pretty much double that of an SR swap. If I did it I wouldn't skimp corners, factor in rebuild kit along with all the items needed for boosting and I would come out at least $2000 more than the SR.

Dire91: IIRC 17 x 9 +12 on the front and 17 x 10 +15 on the rear. Someone please correct me if I am mistaken.

The size and offsets on the wheels.... 17x9 +15 on 235/45's & 17x10 +12 on 255/40's

As for the rear strut tower bar, I bought this one from ebay...

I then took it to work and "tweaked" it and painted it to look like the Nismo one...

Flashy? I guess so, are you referring to the chrome or the red? I think the red adds a little flair. although I could go ricer yellow. lol

I simple green and pressure wash the engine bay like every 6 months.

yea the red... valve cover is nice.... idk i just prefer simplicity in the bay but at least its clean and free of grime

my sohc is nasty but i dont really worry much, im afraid to clean it due to my rust i have forming in the bay

do I spy base housing? dude I have the same rims on my coupe but in matte black, and the front strut bar is the one on my hatch. You should have gone to the mission beach meet. I took both of mine and was the only guy with 240s till it was over then some showed. We should meet up before I deploy on the 9th, finally got my ka24e-t done

Yes, it too is from ebay. I don't know what brand it is but it had a Mugen decal on it.... lol go ebay. I did have a chance to compare it to a Megan C-pillar bar and they are identical so... I just cleaned it up and had it painted. Fits great and no one is the wiser, cept you guys. If you talk I'll kill you.

It's custom made, fabbed it up at work out of 1/4" aluminum and a tig welder. Drilled the 3 mounting holes to work with the 3 pre-existing holes on the strut tower, drilled another hole for the BAAB (BIG A$$ ALLEN BOLT) and bolted it in.

It's pretty easy to make one. Much better than paying $100+ for some baller JDM ones that are only for RHD. If you can find one for a LHD let me know because everyone wants one and I have never seen one for sale.
