NX kit. Comes w/ bottle warmer, bottle pressure gauge, and all hardware for 300 bucks. The bottle warmer is already sold if I get it for 50 bucks, so basically 250 dollars. Its all brand new, never used. I'm kinda excited. I guess I will fork out the cash....

Hmm... interesting... makes me think... The Beast on the bottle? Nah... boost... or maybe boost with a little bottle stuffed in somewhere for a nice kick where the sun don't shine...

**** that, boost and a mondo bottle so I can juice without having to refill every time I go somewhere...

Enjoy your new "little friend!"

I wanted to initially boost the KA, but that will take alot more time and money, and I'm tired of waiting. I've waited long enough, so I'll throw a 75 shot on there and see whats up....

Wet or Dry kit? What rating is it?

Not a bad deal, from what I know abotu the cost of N2O.

What you mean what rating?

Its a wet kit I am pretty sure.

Unfortunately, I kinda doubt it comes with a purge kit. I want one....

Wet isn't dangerous if it is hooked up properly. the n2o and fuel can pool in the intake if not properly installed and from what I am told, can lead to the rather forcefull removal of the intake manifold.

This is what I have gotten from my limited research on nitrous. Mostly, I think that it it is idiots hooking up the systems improperly.

Wet kit actually seems safer to me, because of the exact reason that jester just pointed out. Direct port is the way to go:pface.

Ben, go for it!

Ok yea, 75shot is what it would see at the track. I'd be shooting for at least 14.5

And from my limited knowledge, wetkits are the safer route to go. Easier on the motor as well I think, I'm not real sure.

I'm not sure how much a purge kit would be :/

Purge kits release old nitrous so only new nitrous is run through the engine.

It releases gases out of the line so there is a smooth flow of nitrous.

I have to agree with the wet system being safer, for the engine life. Don't have to worry as much about scorching your pistons.

But Dry is okay too, if you upgrade your fuel system to compensate with the Nitrous. They say most cars stock fuel system can handle a 50 shot. After that, time to upgrade to a bigger fuel pump and injectors. The dry systems are nice, because they are simpler. Not as much stuff to hook up, if you are going with say a 35 or 50 shot. Less stuff to go wrong. But then again, it is suggested that you not use a dry system on a turbo car.

Anyway, they both have bennefits depending on how you look at it. But, I am no expert on the subject, either. ;)

I'd rather go through a complicated install and have a "safe" nitrous system tho;)

I think I might run nitrous in my kade for a little while.
