I might buy a parts car and need advice

Hey Guys,

I have a 1985 300zx (two door/non turbo) and I found a 84 2+2 (non turbo) for 80 bucks. I was thinking to get it for the rims, consol, rear mirrors, dash, ac sensors...etc....and i know that the 84 and 85 were built similar but was curious. Will I have problems with it being a 2+2? I figured it would be a cheap way to do cosmetic fixes. Thoughts?

At $80 it's below scrap value, hard to go wrong. The wheels won't work, your turbo is 5 lug the n/a is a 4 lug. Console is also different. Dash a/c etc will work, cluster is different because it's an n/a.

Neither of them are turbo though...so they should be extremely similar right?
