Hello all, I need a washer made. This is to hold my Energy Suspension subframe bushings onto the subframe of my S14.

I removed the full length metal sleeve that nissan pressed in and now know how foolish that was.

This image shows you what I want to make and the dimensions that should work.

I remember seeing some fabricators here selling CNC machined items. Can someone point me to one of these guys or do you know of anyone who can make this.

I live in Laurel, MD, 20707.
Does anyone know of a shop near here that can accommodate this request?

dunno if this would help you out. I cut/removed the whole collar on my s13 subframe and just pressed in solid bushings..

I know the solid bushings would work without and bracket but I do not want to go that route. My back will not forgive me for the decreased ride quality.

Hm, besides the slop missing from the rear end, I hardly noticed a harsher ride at all...the only bad trait I noticed was that you get more drivetrain noise inside the cabin.
