I spent a damn long time saving up for this car, and I love it. It's a great car, and for those of you who insist on just making every kind of nasty remark I have to say that I haven't even heard this much whining out of my friends baby twins (or my ex girlfriend)!
All I have to say is this: This is a forum for open discussion, but for those of you who just can seem to get it through your heads that maybe some of us bought this car because we actually wanted it, maybe you'd think twice about coming onto this forum and releasing whatever pointless banter you feel the need to share because you didn't get the car you wanted...
I almost wish I had bought a Fit just so that I could be part of a community that actually enjoys owning their cars...
I certainly agree what you said. This is the first brand new car I bought and like it but somewhat unsatisfied with aftermarket support. I owned a '98 Civic coupe and loved the heck out of it and done everything I could to it with parts.
I've been glancing at the Fitfreak forums every now and then to see what's up and it's like night and day. There is much more enthusiastic folks who have pride in their car and less ranting and complaining. Plus, everytime they take pictures of their vehicles, it's like awesome. I go drooling over it. blind_snyper, your car is great, we need more people like that around here.
Honestly, I hope there are more people out their that have the ambition to modify their car to their pleasure without so much criticism that's been happening lately. The aftermarket support is lacking and should pick up soon pretty soon, or else there are going to be some disappointed people. I'm not one of them but people on here 'should' have some creativity. Sorry if I'm expecting too much out of this conversation.
P.S. where are you Kimber?
