I am powder coating my stock 7 spokes, i need a color. You can actually make them a surprising number and varieties of color.

here is th palate. The colours are a shade lighter in person.

I'm debating Red, blue or bronzish. Hamertone or pearl?

If anyone can photoshop these colors on a black hatch that would really help.

I really like the hammer blue, red hammer and gold hammer on this page.

Only things that would be sweet to have powder coated are: Calipers, Valve covers, pipings, and maybe some other covers.

the spelling of "colour" in the title tipped me off, you're a fellow Canadian!!

Congrats on the car by the way. when I'm out east next summer do you want to give me a ride? I've always wondered about the CA power

as for colour, I like the black/gunmetal. that or gold I guess. Hope you pick a good one!

Why am i silly for saying that the colors are lighter in person? I don't get it.And yeah it's dry powder paint (sometimes magnetic + current) and then it is baked. There are a couple different processes.

i wouldn't spend money to powder coat stock wheels, but i would paint them myself and learn something off of it. like how to paint rims.

BUT if you're going to powder coat them anyways, i say go pink, flat black, or bronze/gold.

That interesting you say that because that IS the colour i chose (brass pearl). They should be done in about a week, i will post pics when they are done. Although the colour is more like the "gold pearl" with a burgundy tone. I think it will be hot.

I'm not painting flowers on it, and i'm not even sure what that "pie and planet horses" guy is snorting, but i guess that's what i get for leaving an openended poll. Lesson Learned!

They are supposed to be done this week so ... 'till then.
