Totally an April fools joke. On the ad that actually ran, there was a screen that said something like "Lexus, bringing you the future - even on April Fools Day" but that didn't make it to the youtube video.

Kind of leads to an interesting discussion though... if you HAD to replace your early Q45 with a new car on the market today, what would you choose? I'm so underwhelmed with what's available now.
