The answers above are funny: Truck motor.. i don't think the vg30ET has the reputation it should.

isn't it the truck motor? i thought the 300 had a dohc motor. or is that just the turbo car?

lol the 300 came with a vg30e and a vg30e-t 84-89 sohc.

the new ones are dohc. old ones are the forgotten gen. noone knows much about. But are still extremly potent motors.

Vg30e was used in various nissan trucks/suv's
