I could feel movement coming front left front on the vert I picked up recently. I had wife hit brake and let off while I looked underneath. I saw both the Tension arm and lower control arm moving with each brake application. I first replaced the tension arms, still had movement. Then I ordered new lower control arms with the bushings and ball joint in them. Installed them and could still feel movement, but could not see the tension arm or control arm bushings moving. I kept watching and saw the entire bracket that the tension arm bolts into move! Followed the bracket to the front where it is held on by 2 bolts, except mine only had 1 bolt! Put another bolt in there and all play is gone!!! Now I know the control arm bushings were bad, as well as the tension arms, but it makes me wonder if that bolt being gone, allowing all that movement is what caused them to go bad?

well, the first thing I saw when I walked up was pieces of the roof frame sticking out from under the top. Car was extremly dirty and did not look as if it had been on the road in a while. For what they wanted for it, I saw all I needed to.

Just wanted to say, Bill: I like your new sig with the two verts. You should keep looking for a white one.

I have a sound that comes from the front of mine now and again. I'll have to check maybe one of my bolts fell out to.
