I have a manual 93 240 with 330k and would like to absolutely turbo it, but would like to do so in a reliable way and if someone can tell me what to do first, that would be appreciated.

Get a compression check first. 300k is a lot of miles so be sure it runs strong.

buy a rb25det motorset+ a r32(32 only) front crossmember+get a harness made at wiring specialties+some more supporting mods like intercooler,etc+ shake then done.

has the engine ever been replaced/ rebuilt? if not.. id deff rebuild before turbo. 330k miles+boost is not gona result in a happy engine.

I wouldn't recommend turboing a motor with 330k miles regardless.

Wow, 330K is the most I've ever seen on a 240, I'd say leave it alone as its probably priceless
