I'm new here with a question

I'm looking at cars to replace my 02 Altima 3.5SE and besides the GS350, BMW 535i I really like the G37 Journey sedan without the sport package. My question is how is the ride? Beside being my everyday drive it's going on some long drives to different states on vacations. My Altima isn't bad but it isn't on the low side of road noise either. How is the G37 for the ride and noise? Short test drives just don't answer all the questions.

I have an 08 Sedan Sport with Nav and Technology. The sport package is different between the 35 08 model and the 37 09, which makes it probably closer to the new one although I also have an X which I would recommend.

I find the road noise very acceptable on long rides, not super quiet, however the least noisy of my stable. Engine, exhaust, etc. are a little noisy, but in a way that you want to hear them. I drive over a varity of roads daily as well on trips and the only real issues is when there is a lot of construction.

Sometimes I think my car is almost too quiet. I found myself almost being T-boned by a firetruck one day and I really didn't have my radio too loud. It was scary to look up and see the front end of a f/t coming at you. Also, sometimes when I honk my horn I barely hear it.

I really do love my G and I don't think you could go wrong getting one.
