I'm New Go Easy..S Radio Question

I just bought a new 2010 Murano S. It only had 4 miles on it.

I traded in a 00 Lexus RX-300 in that had 172,000 miles on it.

I bought the S because I have a 97 Porsche Boxster in the garage also.

I am interested in changing out the radio for Navi, XM/Sirius, Ipod unit. Don't need a DVD player. I will not be doing this myself. I would also like to add a backup camera via a new home link mirror.

Is this possible? Any recommendations as to brand?
