I'm looking to get Eibach springs on my 2006 Infiniti M35 Sport

other then having the springs installed is there any other modification that have to be done ? on my old Audi you were suppose to replace the shocks too so that the OEM ones didn't blow because of the lowered stance.

You should be fine... OEM shocks shouldnt be effected, but they may not last a really long time, certainly not as long as they would.. but unless the installer does not install them properly, you should be fine.
