Thanks for that! That looks friggin awesome. I'll go there at least once just for the experience of it. It's a bit of a drive to do more than once a week, but it's up near the gun range I frequent so i could just make a day of it. Go shoot then go climb.

I might be able to work on my fear of heights too. A couple of falls that just end with me dangling at the end of a rope like a jellolike yoyo should do some good.

Never going to happen. I like eating meat too much. If we were on a life raft you would have a reason to worry I might take a bite out of you. :gapteeth:

In 2 months you will look like a cast member of the movie 300 and feel so much better. More energy, stronger, better skin/hair ect
I kind of look like one already. The mask was requested by others. I'm appearance challenged. Everytime my wife gets a new prescription for her contacts I'm afraid the doc will get it right and she come home, see me, and run out screaming.

Boy, bad time of year to be thinking of a diet. Holidays, eating, drinking, taking naps, did I say drinking :toast:

No sugar
No processed bread
Watch the carbs
Drink lots of water
Good luck

I already did thanksgiving. I haven't had a soda for a few days now and it's only mildly frustrating. There is plenty of repair work around my mom's house to do and I have junk in the garage I want to sell or chuck so I don't plan on sitting on my a** much. Anybody need a transmission for a 72 Opel?

My natural tendency is not really to eat much. I eat a lot because it's put in front of me, not because I binge. If I am offered a cmall cheeseburger I'll eat it and be quite happy. If a quad stacker gets dropped in front of me, I'll eat that too, but feel weighed down and regret it later.
