I started out thinking what would they do if the car veered and hit something/someone while performing this type of maneuver...but then I realize this failure would run or assault someone instead of manning up.

But why dancing like a tool in the open door while the car is uncontolled and in motion seems like a good idea. Then again though in that music video segment there was an 70s Mustang II with 26" wheels......

I think the lyric of the song say it all.

" Go stupid, ghost ride that whip, Go stupid"

I belive the key lyric is STUPID.

"Go STUPID ghost crash your whip" (my version)

This one makes up for it in my mind. Along with the one where the kid gets carjacked while ghost riding.

Ghost Riding is old! like 3 or 4 years ago! never did catch on. Well, I don't hear on the news anymore.

Yeah, they should used a Honda instead of the G.

"I'm OLD!" no comment from me..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5hx6u-ecxY thats hilarious.I must confess. I did the Ghost ride once. But it was in 200freakin4. Before it had any popularity. And I did it on the highway. in traffic. Not smart of me, but Hear me out. Left lane, snowy day, I-95 is crawling due to so many accidents. This was when I had my altima. I had been on the highway for an hour, still not even halfway home. Thats how bad traffic was. Anyway, I used to keep a convenience store in my trunk. Drinks, snacks, etc. I was hungry and thirsty. Since traffic was just creeping along, never actually stopping, I left my car in 1st, parking brake on 2 clicks to keep it slower, popped my trunk, opened the door, ran out the car. Started jogging slowly behind my car as I pulled out some capri suns and chips and poptarts. Then jogged back, hopped in the car, and continued. The car behind me had a lady in it with her jaw on the steering wheel in shock. No one really seemed to notice, just 2 cars honked at me in shock. Oh well...

The only time I did anything similar to this was the winter of 1968-1969. My car (1953 Plymouth) was stuck in snow. I put it in gear and got out and pushed it out of hole it was in, then hopped in before it got too far away.

In the case of the 53 Plymouth as long as you didn't fall you should have no problem getting back in since in first gear it would go very slow. Getting into and sitting on the living room sofa was also fairly easy to do. But every time I watch one of these ghost driver videos I remember the one where the idiot falls and ends up getting ran over, over and over and over again. Think that a deadman switch would be a standard feature.

I'm sure that guy worked real hard to earn his G.....

this is the first I have ever heard of ghost riding, I must be so out of touch at the ripe old age of 32.

so stupid, people take things like that for granted and wonder why insurance costs are so high....

I thought the ghost-ridin' the farm was pretty funny though....
