Just get springs. The less you have to monkey with, the better.

Need proof? Look at some of the junk cars hacked up by 'enthusiasts' in the name of scrape-the-ground low, or drifter fanboys in a daily driver. What a farce.

Get Eibach springs

Not this...

And low does not equal fast. Many variables to consider.

Endura-Tech coilovers. Softer spring rates than Stance. I'm completely happy with mine.

I love that "cut stock springs" is winning.

Why are people still suggesting Megan's?
They're actually very solid coilovers. They do have 32 levels of dampening adjustment which is a little excessive, i think 16 would be easier. Also a lot of companies don't manufacture their own parts they are bought from a manufacturer. As far as the megan's are concerned i believe they are made the same as the apex'i coilovers. I would suggest these they are great coilovers especially for the price. definitely get the streets though the tracks are too serious...

All I'm saying is that if you have $850 you're willing to spend on MEGAN's, why not save for another f*cking week and get at least Powered By Max for $1000 give or take. I mean even with a minimum wage job, you'll make that in a week. If you DON'T have a job, you have other stuff to be worrying about other than coilovers.

I agree with the SPL links. If your considering going with the stance brand, why not consider the AL+'s as well. They arn't too much more than the GR+ pros in the price range. The ALs are roughly the same as the GR's, but the AL's have alum dampers instead of steal like the GR's. This = lighter and won't rust (just have to worry about corrosion.)

I meant that the difference between $850 and $1000 ($150) would be made in a week. Come on, if you're not making at least $150 a week, you better get a new hobby other than cars.

I went back and started buying BMX stuff the other day and I realized how much cheaper of a hobby it is.

oh ok, i'm an advocate of pbm also, and i agree that there's no reason to buy anything else if your price range is 1000 but Megan's are still cool for their price also.

I agree with this. I've heard a lot of good about Megan's. They are good priced, very reliable, and pretty damn smooth when it comes to ride comfort. I know I shouldn't have a sports coupe if I'm looking for a comfortable ride, but I've realized that I'm not gonna get a super comfortable suspension, but I don't want something stiff as bones. Thus I'm gonna go with Megan's.

Seriously whats wrong with them? Is ti bc there now branded as a ebay part? Just bc the name on it dosnt say greddy/tein/nismo ppl get all butthurt when someone else buys it. it really baffles me.

Ive had mine for 1.5 years/37K. Not one problem. The only reason im rebuilding then is for college project this winter. they have worked perfect for me on autox and street.

Also my friend brad has had the same track series coilovers on his car since late 06. Not one problem/rebuild. and he beats the s*** outta those things at the track

Edit: im not bashing you in proticular, it just makes me roid rage () when EVERYONE says it that has never had them
