i leave for a bit and the forum moves and everything huh...well as a lot of you know i sold my baby, my '96 240 is gone as of monday. yesterday i put money down on a 2002 lesux is300 5 speed and i'm picking it up today. i LOVE this thing. i have the best of both worlds though, i still have my s13!

In my slightly MORE than biased opinion... you should have sold the s13!!! So now you have to change your username .... maybe Loser_who_sold_mys14. Just an idea.... But hey, that Lexus should be a nice car, i just hate cuz I can't afford!

is300's are sweeeeet. my family cars when i get married would hopefully be one of the new altima v6's 5-speed, and an is300. both cars are awesome. what color and all that stuff did you get? brand new or was it like a program car? well all i can say is at least you got the 5-speed:D

it's BRAND NEW...119 miles on it (from test drives, one of which was mine) it's black with black perferated leather, heated/power seats, LSD, traction, 17' magnesium wheels, power moon roof, 6 disk continus feed cd player with 8 speaker infinity system (one is a factory sub)...the car is LOADED. has everything but navigation. it wasn't worth the extra $2000 ($60 a month), and it doesn't come standard anymore in the is. i'll post some pics over the weekend. it may be too dark tonight when i get it but i'll see what i can do. it was still all wrapped up in the plastic stuff inside out when i was there yesterday. my first BRAND NEW car....and it's badass.

Oh yeah, your first new car is great no mater what it is. My first one was my Pathfinder 5 months ago. To look down and see like 200 miles on the odometer was insane to me.

The is300 is aight... they look dope with a body kit... but i think i might get an Infinity over the lexus

if I was in the spot to buy a new car.my money would of stuck with nissan................and a new 350z

starting at 26k..... droooooooooolI am so going to get a 350z..somehow.....i will.

but either way congrats

the IS is definitely the 4 door that I would get.

Yeah, I would have bought a 350, but I didn't want to get rid of the 240 and there was no need for 2 sports cars; Needed something to haul ppl and stuff in, so Pathfinder it was. I kinda wanted a Pathfinder for a while--then when they put the VQ35 in it = perfection.

Congratulations on your first new car. Until they bring over a car that I actually like, like a new RX-7 or a Skyline that doesn't look stupid, I will probably never own a new car. ( Unless I decide to illegally import a S15...which for the 19,000 dollars it will cost me I very well might do ) I'm an older car kinda guy, not super old, but early 90s had some of the best imports. So beautiful. If I was going to spend 20k it'd be on a 3rd Gen RX-7. The FD is one of the best cars in existence in my opinion. : ) Congratulations on the purchase, I hope you really enjoy it!

thank you guys....i LOVE this thing. kind of depressing, because or the break in period i can't really play in it yet. i also miss the hell out of my s14 but this is a good replacement. fast as hell and sweet looking. i'm keeping the s13 by the way. i love that thing too. i have some pics but they are too big to post on here. here is the link to my breifcase, go to the is300 folder,
