I'm a dope, but my car runs now

Well i thought i blew a piston ring. I started to take my car apart to drop a new engine in it but when i took off the bumper i found the problem. the I/C coldpipe blew off. put that back in and the car ran great. it started to smoke alot in boost but i put in my new o2 sensor and its not too bad bow. i guess im running a lil rich since its mainly white smoke. i dont think its the headgasket since i dont feel any performance difference and its not overheating. im goin to atco on thursday to get some better times since i figured out the spark problem. and the over boosting was from me not turning the vaccuum elbow on the wastegate all the way in. im keeping it at 10psi tho since its not running lean. if the engine holds up ill do the 5spd swap on this motor plus a few lil things like my nismo mounts i jsut got, pullies,ect. so yea my 122,xxxmi auto KA is holding up to 10psi, but for how long i dont know

greyish/black smoke = richwhite smoke = headgasket

I would do at least a leakdown and compression test.
