After much stress and labor my NX2k is finally running right, the clutch is broken in, the fuel system is seafoam clean and the timing is correct. I cannot believe how fast the car is with just an SR20DE a header and an intake. easily faster than my KA24E 240sx! I now i'm sure that i want an SR20DET in my 240sx.

it used to have such low power w/o any tuning now it stinkin flies i love it. Pretty good performance for around 2.5k i've got into it car+parts to make it run. This is a great day!

I wish i had a digital camera to put some up, its white, tinted, gunmetal rims with 205/50/15. it grips almost as good as my 240 did, before it died.

It could really use a catback, its my last bottleneck in performance but i love how silent the stocker is. all i hear is intake and header engine noise and its a thing of beauty.

How much louder would your catback system be?

Its a fun car but it'll never be more than an enjoyable beater car. Its just FF anyway, understeer and torque steer are there and those two are unnacceptable in a sports car. Its a great commuter/highway car and around town car. But almost no backseat and limited sporting abilities make it a niche car. Still way better than like a DSM or most hondas out there but its FF. I would not recommend getting one to turn into your ultimate street car or anything, Altiman94 you are on the right track with the 240sx platform trust me. I cant wait till i can swap my 240sx so i can actually drive FR again.

Actually, I can configure one to be as quiet as stock, but with a throaty, deep roar at WOT.

No rice, all power.

Email me for details, I don't pop in here much... :)
