I think the mist outside makes them look brighter than they really are.

All I need now is some Atomic tires and bulletproof windows.

that definitely remind me of the early 2000's when neon bar was ever so popular due to fast and furious. i think the evolution of this technology is the LED, single LED spreads across the under body that emits more of a "zone" then everything lit up like the neon bar.

I prefer the look of the neon but those kits were like $300 back in the day and rocks played havoc on the bars.
