I like this turbo!

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

I think this turbo would be cool sticking out the top of my hood. I could build an equal length header to raise it up. What do you guys think? I know it would lag but I could use a 100 shot to get it going…

Did anyone notice that there are no oil ports on this turbo? I dont even see water ports! Is it just so big it doent need cooling? or is it ceramic?

It is off of a diesel motor, so no, it has no oil or water fittings.John

no problem you could run that with a few lines drilled in the right places. Its a cummins turbo and it should be t4 or higher.

this isn't true for all boosted diesels.

all of the turbocharged diesels that i've rebuilt have been oil and/or water cooled, but the size of that turbo along with an intercooler would make oil and/or water cooling unneccessary.
