i have a meeting for one of my jobs in northern mass. just under 2 hours each way. i don't even need to go, but it gets me out of here for most of the day. i'll drive up with the radio blasting and the windows down to sit there and say nothing while i doodle on my clipboard. it'll be great lol.

I'm just not doing so hot but i'll figure something out.

i don't believe you, but i won't badger you either. dude, i had the most awesome dinner last night. it was basically a giant meatball, stuffed with potatoes, peppers, carrots, and onions. then it was wrapped in three layers of foil to prevent any juice from leaking out and for some protection. after that, i threw in the center of a fire on top of a bed of glowing coals. effing delicious, plus no clean-up. 100% win. i imagine you could try it in an oven, the fire was just for brownie points

the reason i ask is because my roomie and i were tossing around the idea of going to vir for my b-day instead of d!ck around ct. it's about a 10 hour drive each way. i can't sit still for that long. plus, we lose a lot of the weekend just driving. so we might look into some plane tix, but then we'd still have to arrange for a ride or rent a car, plus hotel, liquor, and food. dammit, why can't more people live up here and be active

Like Bart said, Danville is the closest, but its not commercial. Raleigh is the closest commercial airport. Airport code is RDU.
