not bad, i need to bust out the weed whacker and lawn mower all over again, probably sunday. this week is getting everything ready to rebuild the upstairs deck. demo is going to be all types in interesting, three stories up with a very high risk of falling to my death......i can't wait lol.

it's like having an erector set all over again, i love hands on stuff like this where it's not all cut and dry. there's some trial and error, some danger, it's the complete project. next on the to-do list is re-model the bathroom, i can't wait for that job, my wallet can lol.

This morning on the way to work I pull up at a stoplight next to this really cute little blond girl. Maybe 22, 23 years old. Hair in a ponytail, wearing a baseball cap (that look is a big weakness of mine), sunglasses, window rolled down.

I look over to check her out just in time to see her perfectly-manicured thumbnail slip right up her left nostril and start prospecting for some nose-gold. She pulls it out, inspects it closely, then *schlerp* shoves it right back up there -- I mean so high she could have scratched her brain.

Again, she pulls it out after digging around, and, evidently pleased at what she extracted (for the amount of work she put into it, it must have been the Vortescence) she proceeds to (I sh*t you not) NOM NOM NOM NOM.

I threw up a little in my mouth.

Is there a culture where this is acceptable behaviour? Please tell me so I know never to go to one of their parties.

a hot gf, i have no problem with an occasional loud burp or even a fart. but some random chick that i barely know, show some class and act lady-like. i'm not expecting them to act all victorian-esque and what not, but if you're cute, i'd rather not view you as one of my neanderthal guy buddies. it may be me, i might be the weird one, but i always believed in women acting lady-like and presenting themselves with poise when in public. on the other hand, guys should act chivalrous and command respect to and from everyone else. i guess i'm just an old school guy trapped in a new school world lol.
