I'd probably keep the SR unless you have the money and feel like porking over the money to get it running or porking over less money and fabbing it up yourself. Either way its still going to cost you money and keep your car off the road.

dude i dont have to spend a dime. i have all the parts and labor will be done by myself/a friend of mine. we just have to fab up driveshaft, motor mounts, and some piping. im still doing alot of homework on the idea

parts galore brotha. one on 8mile before mound, other one is in dearborn on livernois/warren

My profile says Detroit because if you're not from the area you have no idea where the hell Farmington Hills is Both of those places are a drive from Farmington but it's worth it to find some cheap parts. I assume its a pick and pull kind of place?
