OK: quick summary of last night at Titos with Ray

Ate chili and chips

drank case of beer and 12 pk and made huge fire with tiki torch fuel

went out for another case of beer, came back and then this happened

As I left your place and drove to the entrance of 691, I passed a bunch of people in the street ready to rumble (by that bar you were thing of walking to). Some of the guys were fighting, one had a bat and was getting ready to swing at the guy next to him.

I cook the chili over a charcoal grill with mesquite wood for about 6-8 hours.And I use Guinness instead of water as a base. Cooked with love
