the 16th or 19th makes no difference to me

and as far as your day off, I would take the day you would most likely be hung over

I don't drink as much like I did 6 months ago, then hang over thing shouldn't be a huge problemo. Being sober 90% of the time when I was injured made me a light weight again and such. Plus, I get New Years Day and day after New Years off. Very convenient.

Crisis solved. I'm taking tomorrow off, getting there early and moved my first day of skiing from Xmas day to tomorrow so I can get a full day out of it vs having to ski AND drive home on Sunday. SHAZZAM!

All I have to do on Sunday is wake up by 11 and take the scenic route home. Dammit, I need a camara badly.

So we were going to check out that subie for the winter beater, and as we were pulling up, some hippies were putting their plates on the car, because they had JUST bought it. My gf was about 20 minutes late picking me up too cos of some traffic on 95 and rt 4... sucks. The subie looked good.

Time to buy a Tercel.

Or run the hippies off of the road. I know of a certain SSEi that you can have it you put the top end that I tore down back together.

SWEET!!! My 240 in Florida runs just fine (minus a half tank of year old bad gas). I couldn't start it before because my brother didn't tell me that he broke the button under the clutch to start the car. Jackass/Idiot.

I *thought* that might be it, but didn't really think it was the problem. I should have the car back in my possession come April. I think I'm going to be getting a CA for a mild 300hp build, but shhhhhhhh!!

thats awesome!

sounds like you already started planning your project.

Mine is sitting under a tarp right now. I had a deal with my wife that after I paint the inside of the house (I did every freakin room) I could spend time rebuilding the Datsun 610

Thats a fair enough deal. Though I think if I hauled rear and painted the house as fast as I could, I might be lax on motivation to work on the car. Why not start buying and collecting what you need now/while you're painting and move from one project to the next fluidly?

I know its not for everyone, but if/when I have lapses in my projects, I get preoccupied with other things. You won't see a 3+ month long build thread from me! : ) I'll have the engine built quick, R&R the same day (at least the physical work anyway) and have it running by the end of the weekend or week's time.

That was crazy, it looked like a river. Hope that wasn't a road you have to go in and out of often
