Well I honestly don't have enough cashola for the classes right now, so I'm focusing on finding a part-time job. If I'm able to land one, pray for me, I'm going to do the IBEW like you said.

I'm planning on moving in with my friend out there in Natomas. If not her, then my homeboy here in town. I'm having trouble sorting things out right now. Getting the boot on this particular month is crazy. It's already a crazy month as it is being a family social thing, you know?

How much are you charging for rent? Is there anything expected out of me, except for the usual "buy you own groceries, clean up after yourself"? I'm used to that already and I have no problem in that, what I have a problem with is I don't notice people getting annoyed with how I do things such as NOT mowing the lawn and NOT cleaning up things w/o being asked.

Meaning you have to let me know that I need to do something extra around the house other than clean up after myself and buy my own groceries.

seriously man, you'll have it so nice here. My gf cooks and cleans, i do maintenance around the house and clean. we buy the groceries. i guess you would just have to stop by and just see how it is, you know. we are very layed back people.as for rent, $500 a month plus split utilities 3 ways. garbage, electric, water. our garbage bill is $32 a month, our electric/gas was just $102. and our water bill was $21. You'll have your own bathroom, once its fixed up. We are in the process of remodeling it.
