Credit card = as much as I want. Seriously though, I'll see what everyone is up to. The room and registration are paid for, so I only have to cover gas, food and partying that weekend.

hopefully when he comes back, he won't come back here. what a tool. also, there is no comma required between the two "thats". it's weird sounding, but it's not needed.

Where's the non disclosure contract, have a feeling that this might turn out to be NICO's version of The Hangover.

Just head a great idea. I'm downloading Vanilla Ice - Ninja Rap tonight so I can blast it in my car. Might even do that randomly driving around my current area. Maybe jump out at stop lights and do karate?

Sweet. My stereo can be heard from quite some distance with the windows down. Should draw plenty of attention to us.

Honestly, it is possible (if you're still referring to volume). I think he's got a pair of twelves (therefore double the cone area). I can guarantee my excursion is greater, but maybe not by double. But, I've got the quality side won hands down. And I don't know what he's running inside the car, but my tweeters will make your ears bleed before they blow (and tbh, that is the part that is important to hear from a distance when I'm talking about ninja rap). Depending on his mileage, my stereo might have the same value as his qx4.

Sup foo!
My dad's friend is selling his '74 and '75 280z's for $400 each, no rust but they don't run, both manual.
So tempting, but I don't want to spend more money on another car. :'[

Do want! But I have a feeling it's a painfully long way to trailer/ship

It's here in California, but the pain starts at $400 and who knows how much I have to spend to get it over here and running.
:( Always wanted an old Z though.

that one can't be a 74 280z. it's umpossible. unless by 74 you mean the build date.

If I could get it here easily I'd buy (assuming the body is in good condition). I'd have no issue owning a 280 instead of a 240.

If I bought it I'd swap the EFI s*** out and put in a L24 head with carbs.

I'm guessing so.
