I've used ScratchX, and it doesn't really do anything. I've heard SwirlX is suppose to be better, but Meguiars Cutting Compound is suppose to be supreme when removing swirls. I haven't used those last 2 products.Razi wrote:I'm thinking about going to Wal-mart and buying some SwirlX or ScratchX, I got some light scratch/swirls on my trunk and hood! >:O

I need to buy some microfiber towels as well, mine are all dirty.krimsonviper wrote:I've used ScratchX, and it doesn't really do anything. I've heard SwirlX is suppose to be better, but Meguiars Cutting Compound is suppose to be supreme when removing swirls. I haven't used those last 2 products.
Maybe my experience with ScratchX would have been better if I used Meg's foam applicator pads. Which reminds me, I need to find a place on the internet that sells them for cheap. Along with their clay bars, quik detailers and more microfiber towels seperately. I don't wanna buy the kit anymore.

Wash them in warm water to remove the waxes and other chems out of them, just don't use any fabric softener.Razi wrote:I need to buy some microfiber towels as well, mine are all dirty.
