you don't have the "quote" button in the top right of each post? if not, it's exactly the same as before, just put quote marks around the quoted person's name.

Some of the post function buttons appear to be missing for some people. There's supposed to be an automatic quote-reply button like with ZF, but it is hiding at the moment. So for the time being, you can just manually type the bbcode, or you can use the non-quick reply and use the quote button that comes up there...but you still can't directly autoquote posts.

Also, unlike ZF, you need to put quote marks around the name of the person you're quoting, like so:
