Nope, everyone needs a maxiPod.

Edit: I like "maxipod" better than "maxipad" since it also plays off the large ipod touch insult...

Hell yes! You give me a budget and I'll help you pick out components.

Also, aren't you an Apple user? Don't you have any interest in the iPad? Strangely enough, I've found mot people who are interested in one would be better served by a netbook. I am different, however.

WORK IS KICKING MY AS$

I forgot how much service jobs take out of you in the summer. Like your nuts stick to your leg and bees are always headed for your face.

The second job I had growing up (in high school) was working for a local town's street department (the first was a life guard). We basically did pothole repair, chipping/shredding, etc. right through the middle of the summer. Plus, we were required to wear steel toes and jeans. Absolutely miserable once it cracked 90 degrees.

Well we were at Mt. Vernon Landing yesterday, and there wasn't a tree in sight; It was 92 degrees out and no clouds either... I was fixing the Yacht Club's entry gate and it took about 2 hours.

I had no hat, no neck protection and no water. SO I kinda dried out and got a little wiggy.

Man, it's balls cold by me today. I think we peaked at about 36 with showers off and on all day.

I always wore a hat, and we always had water, so it sounds like you got the raw end of that deal today. I used to drive home for lunch at that job and immediately take off my pants when walking in the front door. Air conditioning while wearing boxers and having supremely sweaty nuts is a godsend.

Yeah well I work over a large tri-state area from Chambersburg PA down to Fredericksburg VA, so driving home is not an option.

Also, that was yesterday.

I was more referring to the chain of events that would occur after work if I were in your situation. Probably get home and dip the coin purse in ice water.

Was today your second or third day? I have the world's worst memory.

I'd be slightly insulted if that weren't completely true. I do the numbers thing, words have always thrown me for a loop. English/Literature/etc were my poorest subjects through school, and clearly that hasn't changed in the time since...
