I don't have a free weekend for a few weeks, but I'll look into it after then.

I always thought icy hot worked decently well (just don't accidentally put it on your balls). But I guess that was more muscle pain than joint (for me anyway). Never tried the wraps, sorry I can't be of more help. What instrument do you play?

My mistake. My mom is a physical therapist and she's used them on knees when she had a bum knee. Dunno what that's worth though...

Sweet. I always wished I would be able to play drums. Not much impresses me more in music than a solid drummer who can handle ridiculous time signature changes without skipping a beat...

I am hoping my arm doesn't crap out on me again. I really wrenched it out of place when I did the home-built intake on my VG the other day...

Anyone know if those joint wrap things work?
ive used those tiger balm (i think thats what theyre called) on my back. and it was pretty nice, made it feel better. but being a skater, i roll my ankles a fair amount, and what i find to work the best is just a regular ace wrap and ice.

edit: i see you meant those sleeve things. used one for my knee. helped a fair amount

That would not be me. lol

I am no huge talent, just a good musician.

No kidding. That thing got so out of hand it was ridiculous. Glad it's over...

Ha, it's all good. I've tried playing before and I'm way too mental to handle even the simplest of beats. I'm just not coordinated enough to move all 4 of my limbs at different times. I was just saying I'm more impressed by a phenomenally good drummer than guitarist/bassist.

It's all relevant. Any musician can play any instrument with some kind of learning curve.

AppleBonker, the thread got deleted before I was able to respond to you so I'll just put it here since we have no PM system in place here for some odd reason. I was not judging his parent, I was simply saying that were they to guide him and show him what to do in that particular situation that none of what had happened would have probably happened.

I played trombone in grade/high school, but I just don't have the talent to be a true musician. I'll just sit on the sidelines and enjoy!

Warlord - just posting how it appeared to the casual viewer. Pretty sure the kid learned his lesson, so everyone should just move on now...

I offer my thanks. Certainly not the way this community needs to be viewed. Some folks went a bit overboard.
