I've got a friend in Afghan right now...used to work with him, he enlisted after he got laid off and went to the 101st Airborne in Air Assualt.

saw combat within two weeks there.

they're kind meh

the piston AR system seems to be the way to go...from both a cost standpoint and performance.

it'll take the existing mags and a lot of the basic parts.

I have a laptop too, but the battery only lasts a few hours. The netbook allows me to browse heavily for 6-7 hours without needing a charge. Laziness FTW.
