I was driving home for the weekend and came up on a slow moving car. So I decided to go around. Got up to ~80 mph and the tread on my driver rear tire desides to come off. It slapped around before completely coming off and destroying the quarter panel. I pull over and go to put the spare on and I find out my jack isn't where it's supposed to be. It's at home which is a 45 min drive. I called my dad to bring me my jack. Lucly someone showed up with an air pump because my spare only had 10psi in it and my dad didn't bring one.
Lesson 1: Check your tires regularly. If they are bald on the inside but not on the outside and all you check is the outside, they won't last very long.
Lesson2: Keep your jack in the car where it belongs.

Ouch. I know that feeling. My girlfriend was driving my z32 and the front pass tire popped and she f***ed up the rim and stuff. I didn't have a spair..or a jack..or anything. I had to wait for someone to bring me a rim. lol

my camera is back at school and I'm taking my Xterra back. I'll try with the iPhone when I get back and on my laptop. It's not as bad as I originally thought. The dent isn't creased so I might be able to get behind it from the trunk and push it out. If that won't work, I can cut out the inner piece, punch out the dent, and weld the inner piece back in.
