Well last night I was coming home from shooting pool in my CA powered S13 and a Neon SRT-4 ACR came out of nowhere and we did a pull, I was in third, I allowed him the jump just to make sure he was going to get on it, well i pulled 2 cars on him when full boost set in then I let off cause cars were in our way. Well luckily we got stopped at a light side by side. Now I dont condone street racing, as I dont have the greatest driving record, but what the hell. Light turns green I launch it at about 4200rpms and I got the jump off the line and steadily gained more distance from him all the way till 4th, Id say I was atleast 4-5 cars on him. Moral of the story is my setup is pretty basic and now I know I should trap 100+ easily in quarter. Mods: stock maf, stock injectors, front mount, ssauto mani and dump tube, 3" downpipe testpipe and hks hipower, oh yeah s15 t28 at 10-12 pounds. Got z32 maf, 440 and 550 injectors, arp head studs, cometic headgasket, and more boost coming once i can get my ecu tuned. Then I will be boosting 16-18psi hopefully trapping 110+

sounds awesome. good to hear that people are whooping up on some new cars with the ol' ca18det. youve got the same sort of setup i have (when you get all those extra parts on anyway). i kept up with a new (05) audi s4 the other day, and it was a blast. these cars dont need a whole lot of power to keep up with some really fast cars, seeing as they are so light. screw these new cars and all their added weight.

thats impressive, i thought the srt4's made liek 300hp at the crank so thatd be what? 230-240 at the wheels? idk. good kill tho, and good to know, theres this kid thats been running his mouth all winter about his srt4, looks like i shouldent have any problem shutting him up at the track once spring rolls around
