I'm gonna have to disagree with you and say that the Panthers have no chance in hell of winning.

With New England's game today, it further made me believe that they are the best team by far.

Mwahahahaha! My dad really doubted my choices, but I went 2 for 2 on the days prediction, he now says he should put money on it. Steve McNair was too fragile to win, simple. Anyway, Carolina has the fire, New England has the talent and the experience. I'm not ready to make a call either way.

I hope you mean Donovan McNabb. McNair plays for the Titans.

Hey, don't talk about McNabb like that . . . he got killed by the Panthers today, on a lot of no-calls. Hardly fragile, and not the way you'd want to describe a Philly player in front of any Philly fans, hehe . . . :-)

I am sure playing Dallas, St. Louis and now Philly in the post season that Carolina had an easy trip to the Superbowl. I have to think that the Pats need to watch out for this team.

For all the talk of McNabb's "toughness", it wasn't apparent today.

Defense wins championships, and you're gonna have 2 great D's in the Bowl... I still think the Pats win this one, as their offense is a bit stronger.

Plus, there's the intangible benefit of having been there before - they'll be more relaxed and focused.

Would you care to go up against the Panthers after getting your knees/legs pushed against your head, your ribs injured, and something done to your back? :-) Don't think there's many QBs in the league as tough as McNabb . . . care to point out a stronger one?

Panthers all the way! Eh, I live in Houston, my girlfriend is going to go tailgating though. Looks to be the Panthers are the underdogs anyways. McNabb was injured, they lost, time to move on. Nothing else too much you can do about it.:)

Hey, when you're a Philly sports fan, you don't have much to do sports wise besides dwell on close ones ;-) . . . we've had enough of those since the last time we won a championship in anything (1983 NBA Finals against the Lakers, FWIW) . . . :-)

Hehe . . . been a while since I've listened to Petey Pablo. I personally prefered the all-cities remix. ;-)

McNabb played with a broken leg last season.

Hitman, dont make me sick some philly fans after you, McNabb took a nasty late hit when he was on the ground and injured his back, and he still played till the end of the 3rd quarter. You ever try and chuck a football with a hurt back? ;)

Panthers D played ferociously, but was not able to stop our running game. They did tear up our recivers with some questionable tactics that the refs let go. The eagles had several impressive drives, but all ended with interceptions (or the one feild goal) not on the fault of McNabb. At least one of the panthers TD's can be accredited to the eagles abysmal receivers. Eagles just came out without the desire they needed to get moving early, as if it was just another game.

People seem to just write the eagles off, even though they are the most winning team in the NFL for the past 3 years. I dunno... PHILLY 4 EVAR.
